Scotland’s oldest tapas bar/restaurant, La Tortilla Asesina, Inverness, was the venue for our recent Spanish Evening. Owner and confrère Duncan Chisholm Jnr, affording the Goustevin a private room for the evening, both presented the different wines and cooked a paella dish, as well as preparing a selection of excellent tapas - yet another excellent evening in the traditions of Goustevin Scotland !
